Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Construction Coordinator involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partner firms regarding all electrical construction activities, focusing particularly on projects within the specialized shipbuilding and marine technology sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring timely and error-free production that adheres strictly to established standards, collaborating closely with planning, control, and construction teams, and actively managing and leading subcontractors. A critical part of the job is identifying and proactively resolving on-board issues and developing immediate, independent solutions for short-term disruptions. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in Electrical Engineering (Technician/Master level), combined with several years of leadership experience, preferably gained in a shipyard or comparable environment. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, negotiation ability, and fluency in both German and English.
