Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as an IT Security Operations Specialist, focusing on the planning, implementation, and optimization of critical IT security measures. Day-to-day responsibilities include enhancing security for Active Directory, Server/Clients, Microsoft, Linux, Network, and Datacenter systems, alongside analyzing and technically processing security-relevant events and incidents. The specialist will operate and advance modern security solutions (e.g., PAM, EAM, PingCastle, Bloodhound), document incidents, and initiate appropriate response measures. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, combined with at least three years of professional experience in system administration with a strong technical security focus. Success requires a deep understanding of complex IT infrastructures, practical experience integrating security technologies, and fluency in German, coupled with good written and spoken English skills.
