This role involves taking on the technical and disciplinary leadership of an on-site facility team, ensuring the successful delivery of contractually agreed technical building management services. The manager will serve as the central contact person for the client regarding all technical and infrastructural matters, requiring high customer and service orientation. Key day-to-day tasks include personnel planning and coordination, managing external service providers, and overseeing internal cost accounting and budget control. A critical component of the role is the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex technical systems within the managed property.
