Job Summary
This role involves leading and developing the Business Applications team, focusing on expanding the department and professionalizing its operations. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team, including staff training and fostering individual development. A key part of the job is the implementation and operation of critical HR and DMS systems, such as TimeCard, Softgarden, Helix, and Docuware. You will engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across the group to deliver innovative solutions and analyze and optimize existing processes to boost efficiency in product development. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or Business Informatics, coupled with proven experience in team leadership and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.

Experience
- Experience in leading, building, and developing teams within group structures
