Job Summary

This leadership position requires an experienced professional to take full responsibility for the Manufacturing Technology department, overseeing and guiding the team. Key daily activities include ensuring highly efficient workflows through continuous process monitoring and coordination, as well as the strategic development and optimization of existing manufacturing processes. The role involves technical deep dives, such as assessing the feasibility of new inductive components, creating and evaluating essential production documents (like specifications and test plans), and implementing corrective measures based on technical complaints. Candidates must hold a Technician qualification and demonstrate at least seven years of professional experience in the electronics sector, coupled with deep knowledge of inductive component manufacturing, Lean Management, and Quality Management.
