Job Summary
This role seeks a Project Manager for Optical Systems to drive the development of innovative, high-precision imaging products from initial concept through to series maturity within an agile team. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to optomechanical and metrological product development, planning and executing complex measurement tasks, creating precise technical documentation and operating manuals, and providing essential technical support to internal stakeholders like manufacturing, purchasing, and sales. The ideal candidate holds a completed university degree in optical or physical technologies (e.g., Physics or Photonics), possesses knowledge of laser, illumination, or metrology techniques, and has initial experience in project work or product development. Strong German (C1/Fluent) and good English skills are required.
