Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as a Geometrical Measurement Technician, primarily supporting complex development projects for major OEMs and suppliers within the automotive industry. The core responsibilities include preparing and executing complex measurement test series using 3D measurement systems, operating associated hardware and software, and meticulously evaluating measurement results. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving errors using diagnostic systems, managing measurement objects from the development phase, and handling order and data management within defined IT systems, specifically in the Powertrain Operations area. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Geometrical Measurement Technology or Automotive Engineering, coupled with over three years of conceptual and operational experience in 3D metrology, and proven ability to program and operate 3D measuring machines.
