Job Summary
This role involves driving the energy transition through smart electromobility by joining the Support Team in Hannover, focusing on charging infrastructure. The Support Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for users and customers, handling 1st and 2nd Level Support inquiries via phone during business hours. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting errors, coordinating potential on-site deployments, and meticulously documenting charging infrastructure and customer data within IT systems. The ideal candidate must have an IT background or strong IT affinity, foundational knowledge in network technology, and proven experience in customer service and support. This position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and the opportunity to actively shape a new business area within the rapidly growing e-mobility sector.
