Job Summary

This role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing the company's entire IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software. The specialist will be responsible for critical tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues within client and server environments, ensuring robust data backup and compliance with data protection regulations, and providing essential user support and consultation. A key part of the job includes participating in and leading IT infrastructure projects. Candidates should possess a completed IT apprenticeship, solid experience with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365, along with fundamental knowledge of networking, firewalls, and virtualization solutions like VMware.
