Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Chemist or Materials Scientist looking to step into a leadership position, supporting the Head of R&D with the potential for future succession. Day-to-day responsibilities involve optimizing existing production processes, focusing on sustainability, energy, and cost efficiency. A significant portion of the work includes hands-on laboratory tasks such as formulation, testing, and optimization of reaction resin systems. The position requires close collaboration with construction sites, providing application support, and guiding new product developments from conception through to successful site readiness. Candidates must possess a strong background in coating or reaction resin system development, practical hands-on skills, and a willingness to travel for site visits and occasional business trips. Initial leadership experience is a plus, alongside excellent teamwork and communication skills.
