Job Summary

This role is for an engaged IT System Administrator specializing in Windows, Microsoft 365, Cloud, and MIT technologies, dedicated to reinforcing a dynamic IT services team. The administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering customer IT systems within the Microsoft server environment, including Windows Server, Public Cloud, On-Prem, and datacenter infrastructure. Key daily tasks involve implementing modern technologies for complex network architectures, conducting 2nd and 3rd-level support (Incident and Problem Management), and developing new IT strategies and Managed IT Services. The ideal candidate possesses a completed degree or vocational qualification in IT, coupled with experience in Microsoft server products, Azure, Active Directory, and M365.
