Manager, IT Governance and IT Controlling | Betriebswirt (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of new and existing IT Governance and IT Controlling topics, such as DORA, ITSM, strategic IT planning, and guidelines, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization. The Manager will continuously analyze and develop the status quo of IT Governance, driving transparency, efficiency, standardization, and compliance throughout the IT landscape. A core part of the job is close collaboration with Senior Management, the Executive Board, specialist departments, and external partners, including the preparation and presentation of results. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in managing IT Governance in complex environments, strong knowledge of both classic and agile project management, and expertise in ITIL processes.
