Job Summary
This role is designed for an experienced IT professional to manage and optimize critical IT applications within the Logistics Control Center for the world's largest gingerbread mail-order company. The Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of logistics systems, focusing on the optimization and further development of existing applications. Key duties include performing installation, maintenance, and repair of both software and hardware components, rigorous error analysis, and proactive troubleshooting of disruptions in the logistics software. Furthermore, the role involves creating technical concepts and documentation, providing consultation and training to internal employees, and collaborating closely with external software vendors and internal IT teams. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of logistical processes, coupled with expertise in WMS and ERP systems, and demonstrate high resilience and analytical thinking.

Education
Apprenticeship/Qualification as Digitalization Management Clerk or IT Specialist for System Integration
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT systems management or digitalization management
- Experience in automated warehouse logistics environments (preferred)
- Professional experience collaborating with external software vendors and internal IT teams
- Experience participating in operational daily business in a control center environment
