Job Summary
This Service Technician role is based in Siebenlehn, joining a leading e-commerce company focused on IT and consumer electronics, featuring major brands like Apple, HP, and Samsung. You will be responsible for ensuring defective customer devices are quickly and reliably restored to full functionality, strictly adhering to manufacturer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include independently creating work orders, conducting detailed diagnostics, executing repairs, and meticulously documenting every step in digital systems. A key component of the role is self-sufficient communication with manufacturers, service partners, and customers for clarification and support. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification or equivalent practical experience in technical service, preferably with experience in the Apple ecosystem or certified repair processes. This position offers stability with a permanent, full-time contract, structured onboarding, and 30 days of annual leave.
