This role involves serving as a key staff member supporting the Mayor's office, focusing on managing municipal holdings and establishing comprehensive controlling processes for the city, its municipal enterprises, and the utility company (Stadtwerke GmbH). Day-to-day tasks include managing and administering participations, compiling the official participation report, and handling special assignments delegated by the Mayor related to departmental leadership. The ideal candidate must possess qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or Business Administration, coupled with robust legal knowledge, expertise in municipal budgetary law, and commercial accounting (HGB). This position requires high resilience, initiative, strong communication skills, and a structured, independent work approach, offering a high degree of self-responsibility and opportunities for professional development.
