Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Stuttgart, responsible for providing essential technical support and maintaining the local IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve offering on-site support to end-users, handling client service requests, and performing standard and warranty repairs on hardware like notebooks, desktops, and printers. The technician will also be crucial in installing, configuring, and cabling client hardware, alongside diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults. A successful candidate must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, practical experience with networking (LAN/WLAN), and proficiency in common Windows operating systems. Fluency in German and good English skills are required to effectively communicate with users and integrate innovative solutions to boost company-wide efficiency and productivity.
