Job Summary
This role is centered on the critical administration and maintenance of a highly available, hybrid Windows Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure spanning two data centers. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), developing secure operational guidelines for Windows Server 2016+ and Windows 10+, managing the organization's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solution, and providing essential 2nd-level incident support. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience, deep expertise in hybrid AD/Exchange environments, and strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies like PowerShell and WSUS.
