Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT professional to step into an IT Service Team Lead function in Hamburg for a market-leading company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and service management, including cloud services and outsourcing. The core function involves coordinating the technician team's daily operations, ensuring seamless documentation of all processes, and proactively identifying and communicating system weaknesses. You will be responsible for solving complex software and hardware issues within defined timeframes and supporting the qualitative onboarding of new team members. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent, proficiency with Windows and iOS operating systems, and experience using Office, Adobe, and various ticketing systems, alongside expertise in handling PC and notebook hardware.
