Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Ground Test Software Business Engineer for Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on ensuring daily operational support for Ground Test Software across all Final Assembly Lines (FALs). The engineer will analyze ground test software requirements driven by aircraft evolutions and industrial strategy changes, specify necessary evolutions, and challenge software solutions provided by Airbus suppliers. Key responsibilities include participating in the validation and deployment of new execution modules (ESAO/GTSI successor) on Single Aisle FALs globally (Hamburg, China, US), defining test dossiers, and supporting test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, professional experience in engineering, IT, and software development/architecture, along with knowledge of application lifecycle management (Agile/SAFE, V&V). Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory for this challenging and international role.
