Job Summary

This role is for an innovative Chemist specializing in product development within a family-run, globally active polymer chemistry company based in Mönchengladbach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the experimental and practical development of new polymer composite materials, infiltrates, and adhesives, leveraging their innovation to create high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting and evaluating measurement series, documenting and presenting results, and collaborating closely with operations and procurement to optimize raw materials. The position also involves supporting quality assurance and hazardous substance management, and participating in research projects (BMWi, ZIM) in cooperation with universities and key customers.
