This role involves taking on the autonomous construction management and project execution for electrical systems, specializing in high and low current technology (e.g., medium and low voltage switchgear, UPS, fire alarm, and access control systems). The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating schedules and resources from the start of construction through acceptance, ensuring compliance with execution standards and cost control. Key daily tasks include supervising and instructing internal and external personnel, acting as the main point of contact for project managers, attending on-site meetings, handling construction site correspondence, and managing structured defect resolution. Candidates must have a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Installer, possess several years of professional experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
