Job Summary

This role is perfect for a skilled Media Technician specializing in high-end audio-visual solutions and complex control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the primary contact for customer support regarding multiroom systems, home cinema technology, and audio/video distribution. A core part of the job is realizing comprehensive AV solutions, including programming sophisticated control systems such as Revox, RTI, Control4, and Trivum, across both new and existing installations. The technician will also be responsible for system maintenance and providing telephone support to clients. Key qualifications include a technical background in electrical engineering, IT, or system integration, deep familiarity with high-end media control systems, and expertise in client/server systems, network technology, video, and audio administration. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys customer interaction and delivering premium technical service.
