Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical and Power Systems Engineer based at the company headquarters, focusing on designing and optimizing complex industrial processes globally. Day-to-day responsibilities involve utilizing E-CAD software (ideally Eplan) to execute short-circuit calculations, dimensioning overcurrent and short-circuit protection devices, and designing appropriate cabling systems. The engineer will be crucial in creating comprehensive grounding and lightning protection concepts, and planning low, medium (6-30 kV), and high-voltage distribution systems. A core function includes the precise design of transformers and protection technology for medium-voltage installations. The ideal candidate brings a relevant degree or vocational training in power systems engineering and demonstrable professional experience, particularly with medium-voltage switchgear.
