Job Summary

This role involves managing environmental and conservation permitting, specifically focusing on compensation measures for high-voltage construction projects within the Bayernwerk Netz GmbH network. The successful candidate will be the expert in compensation management, actively driving land acquisition for species protection and nature conservation offsets. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting offset areas, coordinating implementation, finalizing contracts, and ensuring long-term development of these sites. The manager will also innovate in compensation management, collaborating closely with authorities, associations, and internal partners to develop legally compliant and practical solutions. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Biology, Landscape Ecology, or a related field, and possesses knowledge of environmental, nature, and species protection law, with an openness to integrate commercial and contract law topics.
