Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Specialist to join a team supporting premium clients in Zwickau and the surrounding area. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on maintaining operational stability and providing comprehensive user assistance. You will be the first point of contact, delivering 1st and 2nd Level Support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits. Key tasks include assisting with administrative duties, optimizing IT processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the utilized IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a background in IT specialization or equivalent professional experience, coupled with practical knowledge of networking, firewalls, and Microsoft Cloud environments, specifically Azure and Office 365.
