Job Summary

This role involves working as a PLC Programmer within a medium-sized family-owned company specializing in innovative packaging and automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sequence programming in coordination with mechanical design and software development teams, and programming user interfaces for machine operation. Day-to-day tasks include functional testing on virtual setups, parameterization and programming of auxiliary components like cameras and drives, and performing error diagnosis. A key part of the job involves commissioning machinery both in the factory and at customer sites, conducting final acceptance tests, and training operating personnel. The position requires a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, professional experience in PLC programming, and good English language skills, coupled with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally for external assignments.
