Join HI Tec Solutions OHG, a nationally operating IT system house with 25 years of experience, as a Field Service Technician focusing on measurement devices in retail environments across the Aachen, Cologne, and Mönchengladbach regions. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of these devices, including installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair. Your daily tasks will involve performing fault analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through reliable support and device refurbishment, contributing significantly to quality assurance. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical or scientific education, strong IT affinity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a Class B driver's license. While experience in a service environment is a plus, the company welcomes career starters and lateral entrants.
