Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating all Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) activities for assigned aerospace projects at the Ariane Group site in Lampoldshausen. The MAIT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing efficient production, assembly, and testing strategies and processes, ensuring operational excellence within the Production Engineering domain. Key day-to-day tasks include budget planning and control for the area of responsibility, defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous process improvement, and ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards. The successful candidate must possess a relevant technical degree (such as Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering), proven leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Production Planning, Process Management, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
