Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical department, focusing on the technical planning, documentation, and execution of electrical systems within container units. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical leadership and professional development of the team, including overseeing vocational training and ensuring all work adheres to current regulations and standards. Key daily tasks include creating electrical diagrams, parts lists, and work schedules for order processing, coordinating VDE compliance testing, and conducting internal training sessions. The ideal candidate holds a Master Electrician certification or is a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician with professional experience in trade or building technology, coupled with initial leadership experience and proficiency in CAD systems like DDScad or SolidEdge.
