Job Summary

This role is central to maintaining and developing the entire IT infrastructure for a European personal care and beauty company. The IT Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of critical systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and the security architecture. Key responsibilities involve planning and implementing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, managing backup and recovery concepts, and overseeing external IT service providers. A major component of the job is providing First- and Second-Level support to internal stakeholders for complex infrastructure issues. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification, coupled with several years of experience in IT infrastructure administration. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network technologies is essential for developing efficient, secure, and future-oriented IT structures.
