Job Summary
This role involves the independent development of cost-efficient and manufacturing-optimized multilayer and HDI designs for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) used in automotive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) products. The PCB Design Engineer will be responsible for creating designs based on specific requirements and relevant standards, while strictly considering signal and power integrity, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and thermal management guidelines. This specialist acts as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with Electronic and Mechanical Design teams, and coordinating with Production and Purchasing departments. Key qualifications include a degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) and proven expertise using CAD tools for PCB layouts, preferably Cadence Allegro. The position requires strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a structured, goal-oriented approach, making it an excellent opportunity to shape the future of automotive technology in a modern, international environment.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician degree or technical university degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar)
Experience
- Professional experience with CAD tools for PCB layouts (preferably Cadence Allegro)
- Experience in the automotive environment is desirable
