Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to take charge of technical building services (TGA/MEP), specifically focusing on electrical systems, within demanding construction projects. As the Specialist Site Manager, you will coordinate all technical interfaces and ensure the smooth, timely, and quality-compliant execution of electrical trade work on site. Day-to-day activities involve comprehensive cost, schedule, and quality control for subcontractors, preparing cost statements and managing change requests (Nachträge), and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and authorities regarding electrical systems. You will also support the project team during the bidding phase by assisting with project acquisition and calculation. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman) and proven professional experience in planning and executing building technology systems, ideally within turnkey construction projects.
