Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Tax Associate specializing in HR Tax, based in Frankfurt am Main, working within the comprehensive Nexia network which focuses on mid-sized businesses. The associate will be responsible for advising national and international clients on complex, ongoing wage tax matters, coordinating closely with the legal team regarding labor and social security law compliance. Key daily activities include supporting the preparation of payrolls, handling income tax declarations, and actively participating in special projects such as external wage tax and social security audits, including subsequent declarations. The ideal candidate must possess strong foundational knowledge in tax law, either through vocational training as a Certified Tax Specialist or a relevant degree in economics, coupled with proficiency in MS Office applications and strong communication skills in both German and English.
