Job Summary

This role involves developing and leading innovative strategic programs and projects focused on enhancing performance and collaboration within the Supplier Quality Development (SQD) function and with external business partners, ultimately boosting the effectiveness of strategic procurement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, managing budgets and resources across cross-functional teams, and utilizing problem-solving methods to mitigate risks and address business needs. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a global expert network, promote knowledge transfer, and organize training on quality topics, new solutions, and technologies. Success requires a proactive self-starter with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in strategic procurement, quality assurance, or supply chain. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and fluency in English are essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 25% nationally and internationally.

Completed university degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field

Experience
