Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity for a technically adept leader to build, commission, and manage a new, state-of-the-art E-Beam sterilization facility for a globally recognized family company specializing in medical and life science solutions. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the sterilization unit, encompassing operational and regulatory processes, logistics integration (including SAP/EWM), quality assurance, and ensuring safe plant operation. The successful candidate will also serve as the Radiation Protection Officer, lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and drive continuous process optimization. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in complex technical systems, offering a broad scope of work ranging from technology and logistics to quality management within a highly regulated environment, such as medical technology or pharmaceuticals.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in natural sciences or engineering (e.g., Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification)
Experience
- Experience in leading technical or logistical processes
- Professional experience in sterilization, medical technology, pharmaceutical industry, or a regulated production environment
- Experience in setting up and commissioning technical units
- Experience in team leadership and development
