Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructures, particularly point-of-sale (POS) systems and their associated backend and network structures, for various clients. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting and resolving issues through hardware replacement (e.g., POS systems, displays, printers, EC devices, switches, access points) and repairs directly at client sites. The technician will also perform routine maintenance on IT systems and components, set up and configure new IT components, and handle individual project assignments.
