Job Summary

This role offers an aspiring engineer the chance to contribute to innovative hardware solutions focusing on advanced monitoring systems and sensor technology within a leading engineering firm specializing in vibrations, structural mechanics, and acoustics. The intern or thesis candidate will be responsible for building and testing new prototype designs, supporting factory acceptance tests (FAT), and setting up complex hardware-in-the-loop tests. A core part of the role involves creating and maintaining essential technical documentation and user manuals. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field with a strong electrical engineering foundation. Practical experience in hardware design, such as PCB layout or control cabinet design, is essential. Desirable technical knowledge includes signal analysis, real-time control systems, and familiarity with communication protocols like MQTT, OPC UA, and TCP/IP.
