Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist focused on System Integration in Cologne, supporting the internal IT infrastructure of clients within the AlphaConsult Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving disruptions in IT systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing necessary system updates and upgrades. A key component of the role is providing user support for technical inquiries and documenting system changes. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent qualifications, coupled with strong knowledge of network technology, server administration, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is required, along with excellent communication skills and a high degree of service orientation to effectively support end-users and contribute to IT projects.
