Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining complex IT infrastructures for successful companies in Leverkusen. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of system faults, installation and configuration of hardware and software, and executing system updates and upgrades. A key part of the job is providing user support for technical queries and contributing to the successful implementation of IT projects. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong knowledge of network technology, server administration, and virtualization technologies like VMware. Excellent communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and fluency in German are essential for success in this full-time, permanent position.
