Job Summary

This role, based in Leverkusen, seeks an IT Specialist focused on system integration to ensure the smooth operation of client IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include the critical analysis and resolution of system malfunctions, installation and configuration of both hardware and software components, and the execution of necessary system updates and upgrades. A key part of the job involves providing direct technical support to end-users regarding technical questions or problems, and maintaining accurate system documentation. Furthermore, the specialist will support the implementation of various IT projects. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of network technology, server administration, and proficiency across Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is essential.
