Job Summary

This long-term role seeks a Service Technician or Electrician to handle maintenance, revisions, and project coordination for critical conveyor systems within open-pit mining operations near Dormagen, Jülich, Grevenbroich, and Hambach. Responsibilities are centered on energy generation and bulk material handling technology, requiring the installation, configuration, and commissioning of mechatronic systems and components. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting faults, performing necessary repairs, replacing defective sensors, actuators, and other components, as well as routine system cleaning and modification. Candidates must hold vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, demonstrating strong technical understanding and proficiency in reading electrical circuit diagrams. This position offers a permanent contract and regional work within a large industrial service provider, ensuring high job security and opportunities for further training and professional growth.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician (Electrical Specialist), or comparable qualification in the electrical trade.
