Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the entire Finance and Human Resources departments for a leading Swiss plant manufacturer with 90 employees, operating globally. Following a thorough onboarding, you will take full responsibility for financial accounting, including monthly and annual closings according to OR standards, comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors, budgeting, and controlling. A crucial part of the role involves managing HR administration, covering recruitment, terminations, payroll, social security, and ensuring compliance with labor law. You will also be responsible for consolidating subsidiary accounts and preparing essential business analyses for strategic decision-making. Success requires combining strong numerical understanding with organizational talent, a goal-oriented approach, and a hands-on mentality. The position offers a versatile scope of duties in an internationally active SME with flat hierarchies and a collegial environment.

Required Skills

Education

Specialist in Finance and Accounting (Federal Professional Certificate) or University Degree in Business Administration

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Accounting and HR Administration
  • Experience in financial management covering budgeting, controlling, and annual closings (OR)
  • Experience in leading staff (personelle Führung einer Mitarbeitenden)
