Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Manufacturing Planner specializing in electronics production, based in Rastatt, with a focus on optimizing soldering technologies. The successful candidate will be technologically responsible for wave and selective soldering processes, managing product and process support within the electronics manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include planning, optimizing, and documenting production processes, procuring and commissioning new equipment, and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by collaborating closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production. Candidates must possess a technical degree, at least five years of experience in electronics manufacturing, deep knowledge of soldering equipment and quality methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC), and proficiency in English and SAP (specifically PP). This position offers a pathway to permanent employment with a major international client.
