Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager to spearhead integrated energy solutions, primarily focusing on wind power development within Northern Germany. The successful candidate will take full project ownership, managing the lifecycle from initial acquisition and site analysis through to securing construction readiness. Key responsibilities include evaluating technical, economic, and regulatory potentials, coordinating complex external approval processes, managing service providers, and developing concepts for local, cross-sector electricity utilization. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) coupled with proven experience in renewable energy project development, particularly wind. Strong analytical thinking, organizational talent, and proficiency in project management methodologies are essential for success in driving the regional energy transition alongside municipal partners.
