This Junior Consultant role offers a structured entry point into the dynamic field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within a consulting environment focused on digitization and sustainable business development. The successful candidate will support the team by analyzing business processes, identifying AI application opportunities, and developing concrete AI use cases for clients. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing presentations, processing data evaluations, supporting workshops and training sessions, and assessing various AI solutions and platforms. This position is ideal for curious, highly motivated individuals with a background in IT, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. While prior professional experience is secondary, a genuine interest in AI, data, and digital technologies is essential. The role promises intensive onboarding, clear development perspectives, and exposure to real-world AI projects, including regulatory aspects like the EU AI Act and GDPR.
Required Skills
Education
Completed academic degree, ongoing academic training, or comparable qualification in Informatics, Economics, Technology, Data Science, Digitalization, or a related field; or completed vocational training with a strong digital or IT focus.
Experience
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, data, and digital technologies is paramount
- Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or digital technologies (from studies, training, or private projects) is beneficial but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
