Job Summary

This pivotal role as a ServiceNow Practice Lead involves driving the strategic growth and execution of the company's ServiceNow offerings across Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Digital Transformation division by building, training, and developing the dedicated ServiceNow team. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a key consultant for clients and internal teams, defining the strategic direction of ServiceNow solutions, and leveraging expert knowledge of digital workflow processes and IT platforms. A significant focus will be placed on pre-sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and developing robust Business-IT solutions. Furthermore, the Lead will ensure the high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of complex, end-to-end ServiceNow projects, coordinating services and various delivery models. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven leadership in a rapidly expanding technological landscape.

Required Skills

Current ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Application Development)

Experience

  • Experience in leading and implementing multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects
  • Proven expertise in pre-sales activities and developing business-IT solutions
  • Experience in building, training, and developing teams
  • Professional experience with various delivery models (e.g., shoring models)
  • Ability to holistically assess and realign corporate Business IT
