Job Summary
This role involves developing, optimizing, and industrializing production processes for high-performance fiber composite components within a growing scale-up environment focused on advanced composite technologies. The Production Engineer will be responsible for transitioning prototypes into stable series and pre-series production, analyzing and documenting process parameters, and collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams. Key responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks and optimization potential, helping build production structures, and establishing work instructions and best practices. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, or a similar field, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in fiber composite materials or high-tech manufacturing processes. This hands-on role requires an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach, high quality awareness, and the drive to actively shape processes on-site.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with fiber composite materials or high-tech manufacturing processes (or significant experience in Formula Student or rocketry groups)
