Job Summary

This role is for a passionate VoIP Expert to shape the future of communication by designing, implementing, and supporting advanced Voice-over-IP solutions for clients. Day-to-day, you will be involved in planning, installing, and maintaining software-based VoIP systems, analyzing interfaces and IP compatibilities within UC/PBX environments, and providing expert support for troubleshooting. You will also conceptualize new VoIP applications and optimize existing systems, alongside continuous monitoring and performance analysis of routing and clusters. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT systems or comparable practical experience in the ITK sector, coupled with strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, TLS, and standard protocols.
