Job Summary
The Head of Special Projects acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO of the WHO Foundation, driving high-priority initiatives crucial to advancing the organization's global health mission. This high-impact leadership role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong political acumen, and significant experience in strategy, project management, and execution. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional strategic projects, developing robust execution plans, monitoring progress toward key deliverables, and providing critical decision support through data analysis and business modeling. The role also involves strengthening relationships with the WHO and major donors, coordinating high-level meetings, and serving as a primary liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about global health to directly shape strategic decisions at the highest organizational level in a highly multicultural environment based in Geneva.
