Job Summary

This part-time Working Student role is situated within the Administration/Mailroom department of the Bavarian Pension Chamber, Germany’s largest public pension group. The position is crucial for the ongoing digitization efforts, ensuring the secure and reliable management of vital records for institutions like the Bavarian Medical Association. Day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing physical files, adjusting documents as needed for optimal scanning, executing the scanning and digitization process, and performing meticulous quality control checks on the newly digitized records within the ELLA archival system. This position is ideal for a reliable and precise student currently enrolled in higher education who maintains a high degree of confidentiality. It offers flexible working hours (up to 20 per week) to accommodate academic schedules and provides valuable, hands-on experience in administrative digitization within a unique public-sector financial and governmental authority.
